  • Gray, 54, who has directed theatre and opera productions in Europe, became artistic director of ATC in 2011 and was previously associate director at the Royal Court in London.

sexual harassment and assault has dominated headlines in recent weeks, after years of abuse by Hollywood film producer Harvey Weinstein were uncovered.
One in five women said that they have been victims of sexual harassment in the workplace, according to a poll taken by daily mail. The poll revealed that intimidation is one of the main reasons why so many cases go unreported, with 57 per cent of women who have suffered workplace sexual harassment saying they have felt intimidated by the way they have been spoken to at work.
