Streaming has become the wave of listening and sharing music. this is due to accessible and convenience it provides. Services such as apple music, spotifty and deezer have caused the de-modernisation and decline in the use of CDs.

'Mtv is no more'- Taylor swift, a modern day pop singer used mtv music awards as a platform to debut her new single 'Look What You Made Me Do' however the once legendary channel does not hold the same influence and cultural impact it had when Michael Jackson had released his Thriller video in 1983 which shows that it now stands for a more traditional impact rather a progressive one.
This is due to the use of services like youtube.

Taylor Swift the is fourth most followed user on twitter w/ 85 million followers.
She is just behind Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Barack Obama.
