TV broadcasters 'failing to represent society' Link: https://t.co/ITHEjbPZpR The report looks at how the TV industry( mainly BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky and Channel 5) can improve as it is stated that 'it paints a worrying picture with many broadcasters unable to monitor the the makeup of their employees' The report showed that women within the workforce accounted for 48% whilst account for 51% of the general public. In addition, those from ethnic groups such as Black, Asian etc account for only 12% of workers.
